FIBERGLASS FRONT BUMPER

 This is the all new authentic looking front bumper cover that gives your cars outside appearance the full customized look. It has got the unmistakable sleek snout that comes with the cutout for the high powered scanning light, as well as openings for the installation of driving and fog lights in the lower section. This bumper will also be able to be modified to look just like the pilot episode bumper with the turn-signal cutouts, if desired.

It replaces the factory rubber nose and if ordered finished comes in primer gray, ready for automotive paint. Unfinished is the way it comes out-of-the-mold and does NOT have any openings cut or surface prep done to it. The high powered scanning light is ordered separately below.

RED HIGH POWERED SCANNING LIGHT

This is the red light that is seen scanning back and forth in the front opening of the custom fiberglass nose. It is a custom made product that is bright enough to see in broad daylight and comes with a on/off speed control box, a high power interface box, and a custom made aluminum light bar. This is NOT a JC Whitney(R) light modified, but a custom designed light to meet the approval of the most demanding fan, including the trailing effect that everyone loves! It comes with a red lens but you can obtain any color Plexiglas you like to meet your needs and/or local motor vehicle requirements. The size of the lightbar is 23.5" long, by 1.25" high and 1.25" deep.

SUPER HIGH-POWERED SCANNING LIGHT

The ultimate front bumper scanning light is finally here from the company that brought the high scanning light product to the consumer market; The Super High Power Scanner! This all new product will shine 5 times brighter than the standard scanner by using 60 watt halogen lamps, and an all new High Power Interface box that uses so much power to light these lamps, its needs a fan to keep the circuitry cool.

New Halogen Lightbar

This new scanner still uses an on/off speed controller inside the car, but also uses the new Super High Power Interface to power the bright halogen lamps. These lamps will  make you see spots if you stare at them. Will definitely grab the attention of everyone around you!

The new interface box, unlike the standard scanner, has a fan to keep the circuitry cool, and must be located where ample airflow can help keep the electronics operating at optimum capacity. It can be mounted under the radiator shroud for water protection. It is pictured here for clarity.

This new scanner is a very high power consuming device and caution must be used while operating it. The halogen lamps and aluminum light-bar get very hot during use. Due to the power consumption, it is advisable to run the car occasionally while at static car shows to keep your battery up to proper cranking charge. And because of the physical properties of halogen lamps, they are more sensitive to vibration and therefore are not designed for rough road handling, bouncing or extreme jarring.

This scanner will not be for every application, but will definitely enhance the look of your front bumper or custom application. Please note that this scanner also has a limited warranty on workmanship only, and not for abuse, improper installation or lack of proper cooling of the Interface box.

After many requests to supply driving and fog lights that fit the custom front bumper, Mark's Custom Kits is now pleased to offer these light sets that will fit beautifully into the two lower openings of the bumper we offer. There are 2 lights per set, and you can fit 3 lights per side, meaning that you could purchase 2 sets of white driving lights and one set of amber fog lights and it would fit and look perfectly in the lower openings. The amber set of lights could be used as turn signals which could be wired into the factory wiring harness.

KNIGHT & KARR LICENSE PLATES

For those who have always wanted these fantastic license plates to add to their conversion, hang on the wall or use at a car show, then here is your chance for a beautiful copy of those famous plates. These vacuum formed license plates are made using the official California colors and come with both a clear plastic protective covering and a chrome frame. It changes out with your state license and uses the same bolt holes. NOTE: These plastic license plates are ONLY for off-road use, car show and exhibition purposes and are NOT to be used on the road in place of your official state issued license plate.

HOOD SCOOP

Do you have a plain-Jane flat Firebird hood? Have you wanted to get a Trans Am hood that has the hood scoop but did not want to pay $ 900 to GM for one and the high cost of shipping the steel hood?

Then this add-on fiberglass Trans Am hood scoop is the perfect thing. Designed to be attached and feathered in by a body shop, once it has been riveted on, primed and painted, you will never be able to tell the difference. And while the air induction opening comes sealed, you can cut out the opening, add the functional hood scoop for ram air and get the full benefits. This new hood scoop comes in gelcoat white only and can be primed and painted with any automotive paint to match the hood/car. Add $ 30.00 for crating.

NOTE This hood add-on option is NOT designed for self installation due to the body work involved in both mounting and seaming the edges into the surrounding metal. Unless you have advanced body-work experience, this product will need the professional services of a body shop.

Has your car been limping along without or do you have damaged ground effects? Have you been trying to find the perfect replacements while scouring junkyards far and wide? Now we can help. Because of numerous requests, we are happy to be able to offer the front and rear ground effects parts for your 1982 thru 1985 Trans Ams. These parts are made of durable fiberglass and will bolt right up to your fender and use the existing bodyline holes. You can order these pieces as either out-of-the-mold parts, or painted gloss black with clearcoat.
