Mark's Custom Kits has been creating and making various custom interior products for the car enthusiasts for almost as long as we have been in business. And our efforts to excel in this area have not gone unnoticed and we have been contracted to do many different kinds of new and exciting interiors. Some of these products have been seen out in the public, many of them are for private individuals, some for companies and museums. 

    The more common products that have been around for years are listed on this page. But just because you don't see something, doesn't mean we can't make it for you. But always keep in mind, designing and building CUSTOM products from scratch, is not only time consuming, but are usually expensive because of the amount of time and various processes that are involved. Just because the bulk of the items listed on this page are aimed at the Firebird/Trans Am hobbyist, doesn't mean we can't do something for your project. Inquire about your next project, we might just be able to bring your ideas from a napkin sketch to reality! Please note: The items listed on this page, are designed for the 1982 to 1992 Pontiac Trans Ams only, and are NOT designed to fit and/or function in any other vehicle. Any modification and/or adaptation to any other application would be at the purchasers liability and Mark's Custom Kits cannot offer any warranty on non-standard applications.

    The basic definitions are; Unfinished is how the products are when they come out of the mold, without any sanding, hole cutting, or surface prep. Finished means they are trimmed, any openings are cut out and the product is primed, painted and clearcoated, where applicable.

          1 TV Dash Package: Dash packages are designed for those who want everything that makes up the customized dash interiors. Packages include ALL of the fiberglass components in a finished and painted condition, with the various baseline electronics that go into the main dash. Packages will include the ancillary consoles such as the armrest, switchpod and roof consoles, but those will come without electronics. If you want them to be tricked out, then you would add in the specific electronics option for that console. All you would have to do is remove your factory gauge cluster, dash pad, and steeringwheel, and drop into place the new fiberglass items. Package ordering saves both time trying to mix and match, and also a small amount of pricing, as you get a discount when buying it as a package, rather than separately ordering things piece by piece.

Have you been having a difficult time restoring your interior and getting everything all color matched, trying to get the various items all the same color and shade of Doeskin? Got carpet from one source only to find out it does not match your headliner or seats? The combinations are endless when it comes to finding the right color shade for all the interior components. Then this option might help you. Marks Custom Kits can supply you with a fully color-matched interior that will look brand new. Please note; Because of the age of these cars, it has become IMPOSSIBLE to find good non-sun faded interior plastic pieces that haven't been gouged, scratched, rotted or broken. And as such, the prices to obtain these super rare parts has skyrocketed due to the scarcity and availability.  It will take time to acquire all of the needed parts to complete this option. In many cases, it takes multiple sources to find the various parts that make up the full interior with parts that are both in good shape, and usable !    Please allow ample time. All material used is matched and assembled from the same dye lots, with the following items included in this package:

• New covered headliner

• Re-covered speaker sail panels, matched to headliner material

• Full set interior carpeting, includes front and cargo area

• Re-stuffed and recovered PMD seats

• Re-stuffed and recovered rear seats, matched to front

• Brand new door panels

• Newly painted and color matched interior body plastic

This is a totally matched interior and is a full replacement for your car. Yank out your old interior and just drop in this whole new one. NOTE This product option is only available in the established Doeskin Tan color and no other mixing and matching will be done. This is an "all-or-nothing" option. If you want separate items, see above listings. Also, this option does NOT include front and rear seat belts. If you require those, there will be an additional service to find, obtain, and have color matched re-webbing done to match your interior.

    Mark’s Custom Kits is pleased to offer digital gauges for the owners of the Pontiac Firebird and Trans-Am who want the look of digital instrumentation but don’t want the extra fiberglass component add-ons. These new gauges are designed to replace your factory stock gauges and keep the look of your dash without having to replace anything. The new gauges take the place of the stock analog gauges and give you digital accuracy in their place. The new digital gauges come as a set.

    The speedometer and tach board has both numeric and bargraph readouts for the speedometer and tachometer functions, as well as the digital odometer with resettable trip odometer. The level gauge board has both numeric and bargraph readouts for the voltage, oil, water and fuel level gauges. They can be ordered in either super bright red or emerald green displays. No extra sending units are needed, but you MUST have the factory stock gauges initially to be able to order these. You also get two smoked Plexiglas plates that block the gauges faces so that when they are turned off, you see only blank gauge openings. Everything you need to convert your stock analog dash to a digital instrument panel is included. The price of the gauges include shipping by UPS insured. Specify RED, GREEN or BLUE when ordering and include your current odometer mileage for setting of the new digital odometer. Please note that these gauges are built-to-order and are NOT a stocking item.
